Our Mission

Good Shepherd Lutheran San Diego proclaims the Good News of Jesus Christ:

By Making Friends - around us, in our community – reaching out, and connecting
with people and developing meaningful conversations about things that are
important to the community around us. Learning from them and communicating to them their great value.

By Being a Good Friend - to people, and through being available to them; to
bring the love and care of Jesus to their lives through our words and actions.

By Bringing Friends to Christ – inviting people to church activities, and hosting
opportunities with our neighbors to have a meal or coffee on a regular basis.
Praying for these dear souls, that God will speak to them in His love and mercy, so that they may receive Jesus as their personal Savior. in Christ.
